- Hayley Watts Review added: 2018.11.15★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service, they were an hour and 15 minutes late, excuse driver got lost even though they had a sat nav, then changed their mind saying sat nav was not working, made an excuse that it was a long vehicle and the driver didn't know the roads although they were meant to be an experienced driver.
So the children were supposed to be going to Marazion on route for photo's this didn't happen and they also missed out on group photo's at there destination, and to add insult to injury the driver had follow a parent to the destination.The children were all very upset, the full money of £380 was paid and as a 'good will gesture' they would bring the children back, but later this offer was withdrawn and after speaking to the owner and telling her I would be contacting the local paper as she surely couldn't leave the children stranded......I was told to 'shove it' by her !!!! very professional. As someone has previously mentioned, the limo was actually an hour and 30 mins late to pick up our children for their prom. they were hanging around in the cold weather just to be told "its on its way", "will be there any minute", "its lost" etc. when it FINALLY arrived the "driver" said that she wont be moving the limo anywhere unless full payment was made?! kidding right?! as a good will gesture they said they would pick them up from the venue at the end of the night, so i decided not to kick up. well they arrived at the venue too late for photos, just got there in time for their meal! then was told that they didnt pick them up afterwards as promised, yet have kept the money?! we paid for an hour in the limo, the kids were lucky to get 30 mins out of it!!!! i have contacted trading standards about this shabby outfit and will be contacting the local papers. DO NOT USE!! (oh and if you look them up on facebook, the "driver" is shown in some pics as a "party girl" having fun with her friends in the limo. i cant seem to find a website OR the owners name ANYWHERE online. strange!
